Is eXsite a secure site?
The security certificate is provided by Trustwave Security, there is a Trustwave Security logo on the home page which you can click on to find out if our site is authentic and secure.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If the order is placed before 2pm Monday–Friday the order will be dispatched the same day. We provide two types of delivery service, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery which takes 1-3 days to deliver and Royal Mail Special Delivery which is guaranteed to be delivered the next working day before 2pm.
Are the orders discreet?
We offer 100% discretion, all orders have plain packaging with no indication what’s inside. Also the return address says “43 Downham Way, Bromley, BR1 5NY” so there is no indication which company the product came from. Click here for more info
What name will appear on my card statement?
All orders will show a charge to “Karabeyaz and Theara”
Will you contact me through the post?
No we will never contact you through post as this cannot guarantee complete discretion, we would only e-mail you.
How do I cancel my order?

Please note orders can only be cancelled if your order has not already been dispatched.
What type of cards do you accept?
We accept all major UK credit and debit cards, except from American Express and Diners Club.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt of product. The product must be in its original unopened package, we can not accept return of any open package due to the nature of the products (health & safety).
Do you accept phone orders?
Yes, you can contact us between Monday-Friday 9am to 5.00pm on 08000 14 15 69, calls are answered by a company employee and not a call centre to ensure customer satisfaction.
Do you resell returned items?
No, because this is way we can be sure that our products are hygienic.
Do you dispatch outside the UK?
We dispatch to all European countries. Unfortunately we do not dispatch outside Europe. Click here for more info
