UK Delivery
All orders are sent by recorded delivery or guaranteed next day delivery, you will be able to choose which type of service you require during the checkout process.
Delivery Charges:
- Recorded delivery = £2.95 or Free when you spend over £40
This service takes between 1-3 days
- Next day service = £6.95 or Free when you spend over £70
This service takes only 1 day
Orders must be placed between Monday-Friday 8am-2pm for same day dispatch otherwise orders will be dispatched the next working day!
European Delivery
During the checkout process you can select the European delivery option which is:
- Royal Mail International Signed For = £10 or Free when you spend over £125
Returns
How returns policy allows you 7 working days from the date of receipt to return the product. The customer must pay the shipping charges for the return, a replacement or refund will only be issued on receipt and inspection of the returned product.
7 day return policy terms and conditions:
- The products must be unused and in the original packaging
- The goods must be received back within 7 days from receipt
- Goods that do not remain heat sealed in their packaging cannot be refunded or exchanged
- Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged
- Videos and magazines cannot be refunded or exchanged
- Items of clothing i.e. lingerie cannot be refunded or exchanged
